How we roll…

Calbi is on the cutting edge of Korean –Mexican fusion. We take the highest quality meats, prepared using our authentic Korean marinade fuse them with fresh crisp greens, shredded cheese and wrap it all in a warm fresh Mexican tortilla to create a taste second to none. That in a nutshell is the Calbi way: high quality meats, authentic ingredients – no exception.

Calbi would be more than happy to roll out one of our trucks to your home, place of business or special venue to serve hot made-to-order food for you and your guests.

Here is some information to get the wheels in motion:

Catered Lunch Minimum Order $650.00 (Service hours between 11:00am – 4:00pm)

Catered Dinner Minimum Order $850.00 (Service hours between 4:00pm – Midnight)

Trucks are usually booked for a 3 hour time block (2 hours of food service and 1 hour of set up and cleanup)
All catered events are subject to a 15% service fee
For events outside of the Los Angeles and Orange County areas there may be a permit fee unless Calbi is parked on private property. Check with your city for requirements.
Minimum parking requirements are as follows: 30 feet long, 15 feet wide and an overhead clearance of at least 13feet.

Taco Party Pack: Includes your choice of any four tacos: Korean Short rib, Spicy pork, Chicken, Shrimp, Tofu or Vegetarian.

T&B Combo: Includes Any Two Tacos & One Burrito your choice of: Korean Short rib, Spicy pork, Chicken, Shrimp, Tofu or Vegetarian.

Ultimate Taco Party: Unlimited tacos within a two hour service time. Additional service hours can be booked for an extra fee of $1.00 per guest.
Includes Korean Short rib, Spicy pork, Chicken, Shrimp, Tofu or Vegetarian.                      

Note: Drinks are not included in the packages listed above. Domestic Soft Drinks and bottled water can be added for an additional charge. Please ask for beverage pricing.
